1. Processing roles

In most customer deployments, DealOS processes information on behalf of the customer organization in order to provide the Services.

2. Categories of data

  • Account and access-control information (name, email, role).
  • Submission data (forms, uploads, notes, messages).
  • Operational metadata (timestamps, audit trails, identifiers).

3. Purpose of processing

  • Operate governed intake and evaluation workflows.
  • Provide export and reporting features requested by users.
  • Maintain security, integrity controls, and auditability.

4. Subprocessors and transfers

DealOS may use subprocessors (e.g., infrastructure and storage providers) to deliver the Services. Where applicable, cross-border transfers are handled using appropriate safeguards.

5. Security measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability, including access controls and audit logging.

6. Requests

For questions about processing, subprocessors, or to request a formal DPA for your organization, contact support@DealOS.
